Montra is designed with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

Data Collection Montra does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Period.

Specifically:

No user accounts are required or offered.
No email, name, phone number, or personal information is collected.
No analytics, tracking, or telemetry is used.
No advertising or marketing SDKs are integrated.
No third-party services are used.

Where Your Data Lives All transactions, categories, budgets, and settings you enter into Montra are stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. Your data never leaves your device.

Network Access Montra does not make any network requests. The app works fully offline.

Data Export You can export your transactions as a CSV file at any time from Settings > Export Data. This file is created locally and shared only with the destination you choose (email, Files, AirDrop, etc.).

Data Deletion You can delete all your data at any time from Settings > Delete All Data. Uninstalling the app also removes all data from your device.

Children's Privacy Montra does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy If this policy changes in the future, the updated version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
